Planning Process
1.Establishing and Defining the Relationship: We establish the relationship by identifying the services to be provided, disclosing the planner’s compensation, determining the responsibilities of both planner and client, establishing the duration of the engagement, and providing any additional information necessary to define or limit the scope.
2.Gather Client Data and Determine Goals and Expectations: We gather all relevant information, both objective and subjective, through questionnaires, counseling and examination of document. We help clients to determine their personal and financial goals, needs and priorities, and to assess their values, attitudes, and expectations.
3.Analyze and Evaluate current Financial Status: We analyze the current financial status, special needs, risk management, investments, tax needs, liabilities, and retirement objectives. We will identify the strengths and the weaknesses in the present financial condition as they affect the ability to achieve the desired goals. Revise goals if necessary.
4.Create and Present the Financial Strategies: We will design a set of recommended financial strategies tailored to meet each client’s goals and objectives taking in consideration their values, temperament and risk tolerance. We will draw on outside experts as needed.
After creating and preparing the plan, we will take what ever amount of time needed to present the plans and review them to ensurethey meet the goals and objectives of each client.
5.Implement the Financial Strategies: We will assist each client with implementing the recommendations. Often coordinating with other professionals.
6.Monitor the Financial Strategies: Once the plans are implemented, structured reviews will be established. We will discuss and evaluate changes in each client’s personal circumstances if needed and to help maintain the right course for financial security. We revisit the steps when necessary.
